J. Wickham Zimmerman is a results-driven leader with more than 29 years of experience in the construction industry. As both an entrepreneur and a corporate executive, Wick has emphatically demonstrated his abilities to build a profitable business and manage a project from ground zero. He brings to the clients of Outside the Lines extraordinary strategic planning and operational skills, which he developed and perfected from his past experience as a construction company owner, chief operating officer, operations vice president and corporate turn-around specialist. Wick received a bachelor of science in civil engineering, structural and geotechnical, from the University of Maryland, where he also studied law. He also attended George Washington University, where he pursued an MBA.
