MERIDIAN, Ida. – October 25, 2013 – OTL’s spectacular two-tier show fountain at The Village at Meridian dazzled thousands of shoppers and VIPs Oct. 18-20 during the retail center’s official grand opening. A centerpiece of the development’s European-style courtyard, the fountain drew large crowds as its perfectly choreographed water sprays and swirls danced rhythmically to light and music. The 65,000–gallon fountain was also a festive backdrop for performers and musical acts throughout the three-day celebration.

Visitors gave rave reviews to the vividly colored musical fountain, which was under design and construction by OTL for more than 10 months. Local media and social media sites Twitter, Facebook and Instagram captured the public’s reaction throughout the community event. It was an experience Idaho residents like Eric Jensen couldn’t wait for.

“It’s more than just shopping. It’s kind of like an experience,” said Jensen during an interview by KBOI News, a local CBS affiliate.

Fountain shows continue daily on the hour at The Village at Meridian located at 3600 East Fairview, which in the heart of Idaho’s Treasure Valley.

The fountain at The Village at Meridian is OTL’s second retail destination project for developer CenterCal Properties. In 2012, OTL designed, constructed and choreographed a multimillion-dollar show fountain for CenterCal’s Station Park in Farmington, Utah. Other regional projects include multiple water features for City Creek Center in Salt Lake City, Utah and interior and exterior water features for Nu Skin Enterprises, Inc.’s international headquarters in Provo, Utah.
