Adding value with Interior and Exterior Specialty Construction
Posted in News -
Since the time of the Sumerians, skilled builders have been adding value to construction projects by crafting magnificent fountains and rockwork that enhance the aesthetic appeal and natural energy of each project.
A striking water feature not only becomes a focal point in a themed environment, but gives patrons a chance to escape their day-to-day routines and revel in the surroundings of a surreal landscape. Hotels and resorts in the hospitality industry understand the importance of creating a mesmerizing environment. To become a top destination, many resorts have called upon the skills of highly qualified artisans and themed construction practitioners to take their project from start to finish.
Breathtaking water features and custom rockwork enhance the look and feel of any environment, whether it’s a private estate or commercial resort.
Themed residential water and rock features provide an inviting retreat for homeowners while they showcase the unique beauty of their home.
Nestled in the Santa Rosa Mountains, the Mirada Estates in Rancho Mirage, California, feature terraced fountains designed and constructed to serve as sentries guarding the entry to these striking estates. Themed construction designers and developers provided the design and construction of two iconic architectural fountains that enhance the property and symbolize fortitude in the community of private estates.
Architectural designers and builders of retail entertainment centers also understand the importance of adding value to their centers with specialty construction. Bubbling streams and choreographed fountains not only invite busy shoppers to pause, smile and linger, but also entice them to shop a little longer.
The recent opening of Station Park, an upscale retail shopping center in Farmington Station Park near Salt lake City, Utah, features a highly technical, yet elaborate fountain that stops shoppers in their tracks. This amazing fountain adds value to the new shopping center and transforms it into a landmark destination. Valerie Phillips of the Deseret News said this about the fountain:
“With unveiling of a “dancing waters” fountain last weekend, Station Park is becoming a fun destination. This isn’t a play pad for kids to jump in; it is choreographed lights, music, color and water shooting up to 60 feet high. The fountain at Disney’s California Adventure is the only other one in the world with similar technology. The water show takes place every hour on the hour, rotating songs from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays and 10 a.m. to midnight on weekends. The state-of-the-art fountain features a waterfall that flows into a lower pool.” https://www.deseretnews.com/m/article/765584452
No matter what the environment, carefully crafted rockwork and water features can create a captivating backdrop that helps guests embrace a moment of peace in the middle of a hectic day.
