With extensive expertise in pool and water feature construction, commercial building, and land development, he leads OTL’s on-site execution efforts with precision and vision. From preconstruction planning through final commissioning, Devin oversees the delivery of our water features and specialty rockwork, ensuring every detail meets the highest standards. Known for turning client goals into efficient, exceptional results, he inspires and guides our field teams with purpose, collaboration, and care.
