OTL’s design team precisely captured the look, energy and vibrancy that we wanted for our retail center, and your construction team could not have been more professional as they made the design a reality. Your team was prepared, detailed-oriented and showed exceptional knowledge of their craft. Your crew was flexible when necessary, but never wavered on their mission to create a showpiece that you and The Island in Pigeon Forge are proud to have our name on.
I especially appreciate the your team worked through the holidays to achieve our New Year’s Eve grand opening. I know precious family time was sacrificed to make this happen, and this, in itself, is representative of the high levels of client service that you both have instilled in your company.
