Consider this my very sincere letter of recommendation for Jack Larsen and his company-”Outside the Lines.” Outside the Lines (OTL) recently completed a $240,000.00 53′ long multipurpose exterior fountain in a newly renovated office building courtyard in El Segundo, California.
The size of the fountain, its complexities, an out of town designer along with the client driven start/stop schedule made the this project very difficult to complete for the trades involved.
Jack Larsen and his team were ahead of the curve from start to finish, offered valuable recommendations on how to improve the operation of the Weir flows, nozzle jets, and a vast improvement in the lighting system. Their team was outstanding every step of the way. OTL is now my go-to fountain contractor for both design/installation and ongoing maintenance services. I strongly recommend them to anyone seeking only the best!
